We take care of all the technical essentials, including:

Uptime monitoring, so we know straight away if your site goes offline

On top of that, we go further by looking after the things that often get missed:

5. How often do you update plugins and themes?
We check and apply updates weekly, testing first where needed to make sure nothing on your live site is affected.
6. What happens if my website gets hacked?
If you’re on a plan, we’ll clean and restore your site at no extra cost. We’ll also improve your site’s security to help prevent it happening again.
7. Do you provide website backups?
Backups are dependent on the hosting provider, but we do offer a Website Maintenance and Hosting Plan that includes regular backups, as well as additional support like uptime monitoring, performance optimisations, and more. If you’re using a different hosting provider, we can still support your site with our maintenance plans.
8. Can you speed up my slow website?
Yes – we offer speed audits, optimise images, improve caching, and more to get your site loading fast and performing well.
9. Will website maintenance affect my live site?
No – we test updates first and apply them safely. Your visitors won’t notice a thing while we work in the background.
10. Do you offer one-time fixes?
Yes, if you need help with something specific that is not included in the monthly setup agreement. Just to note we don’t do one time fixes without a subscription in place. This ensures we have the right setup in place in the admin panel before doing any work directly. One time fixes can be very specific and out of the scope of our website maintenance plan, however more issues we cover in our website maintenance plan.
11. Can I cancel my maintenance plan anytime?
Yes, there’s no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time with just 30 days’ notice.
12. What’s your response time for support queries?
We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours on weekdays. For urgent issues, we’ll act fast.
13. Can you migrate my site to a better hosting provider?
Yes – we handle full website migrations and can recommend fast, secure cloud hosting that fits your needs.
14. Do you maintain eCommerce websites?
At the moment, our standard maintenance plans do not include eCommerce websites like WooCommerce or Shopify. However, if you need help with an online store, get in touch and we can discuss a custom support option.
15. Will I get a report of updates and activity?
Yes – each month, we’ll send you a summary of everything done, including updates, checks, and any recommendations.
16. What kind of businesses do you work with?
We support small and medium businesses across Ireland – from tradespeople and local services to tourism and retail.
17. How much does website maintenance cost?
Our plans start at 9.99 euro per month, giving you great value for essential website support. Our premium plan is 39.99 a month and includes website hosting.
18. What if I have a custom-built website?
No problem – we’ll review your setup and let you know what’s possible. Many custom sites can be supported with a tailored plan.
19. Do you offer SEO or content support too?
Yes – we can help with basic SEO, keyword setup, technical improvements, and updating your site’s content as needed.
20. Do you have a yearly setup in advance or is it monthly only on the subscriptions?
We offer website maintenance on a monthly subscription basis because it gives you the best flexibility and personalised service.
